Service 3: Elderly-oriented Home Transformation Service

We understand some clients may prefer minor renovations rather than full-house renovations, in order to suit the needs of the elders. Small renovations are welcome to be provided for you. For example, remodelling toilets for persons with disabilities including installing assistive devices and reconstructing bathrooms or doors, installing furniture with home automation systems and redesigning furniture. Providing us a small budget for renovation is totally fine. We really do hope we make you stay safer, cosier and more comfortable at home.

Service 4: Repair Service

Anti-skid materials can be painted on the floor for you. Some simple facilities such as handrails, elevated toilet seat covers and anti-skid flooring can be installed. Besides, qualified electricians are included in our team, to examine your home drainage system, electric power system and carry out maintenance works.

They are going to evaluate and analyse your home thoroughly before remodel. Relying on our professionals is a much preferable way to brainstorm the remodelling plans. 

If the elder does’t prefer any maintenance at home, we recommend you to choose Service 3: Elderly-oriented Home Transformation Service instead. We are welcome to provide small renovations for you. For example, remodelling toilets for persons with disabilities or installing assistive devices. We always put the safety of your elder in the first priority. This maintenance service is relatively shorter and is more suitable for elders discharged from hospitals for home recovery, for example.

We recommend you to choose Service1: Interior Design and Home Optimising Service. We can put more focus on the design aspect as your body condition seems well. Besides, for the sake of your future, we would put your actual needs into one of our design considerations. Your home is going to be elderly-oriented to let you live safely. For example, we can remodel your washroom into the one for persons with disabilities after estimating the location for the handrail and the passing of wheelchair (consultation can be done with occupational therapists before that).
